[Fancam Compilation] YoungSaeng 1st Solo Concert '0513 My Story' + SS501 reunited [2013.10.26]

2013.10.26, a day which made all TripleS happy, once again SS501 reunited in YoungSaeng's first solo concert - '0513 My Story' in Seoul Uniqlo AX. Though it is going to be his last concert before going to army but glad that all the boys went to his solo concert to support him!

Read from some fans account, Shinhwa Eric and Soo Ji Suk couple have also came to attend YoungSaeng's Solo Concert.

JungMin came with an ahjumma long curly hairstyle, lots of fans were screaming to him to cut his hair, HyungJun also told him to cut his hair, but JungMin said he looked like Goo Jun Pyo of 'Boys over Flowers'. LOL!!

Leader suggested to sing 'In the Still of the night' because KyuJong can't sing with them since he is still in army service.  (as shared by HollisHyun in her youtube)

The fans celebrated YoungSaeng's birthday for him in advance since he will be in the army during his birthday. KyuJong ran up to splat some icing on YoungSaeng's face and greeted him Happy Birthday. KyuJong stayed on the stage and dance with the dancer.

YoungSaeng will be enlisted on 31 October 2013. We will wait for you YoungSaeng, come back in 2 years time!

Thank you for all the various fans and fanclubs for sharing their fancams in youtube!

[News] JungMin lawsuit fight with CNR [2012.04.12]

I guess it is difficult decision for JungMin to file a lawsuit against his company. Hope he will settle everything amicably with CNR Media and move on to another company which will truly appreciate and reward him according to his ability and work. JungMin hwaiting!

Thanks Ode dongsaeng for translating the news.

English translation: http://ss501ode.blogspot.com/

[New][2012.02.12] Park Jung Min, lawsuit fight with agency, "Worked and worked, yet the profits were..."

CNR Media was the agency which signed on with Park Jung Min for his solo activities ever since he parted ways with the agency SS501 worked in - DSP Media last in 2010. It is a corporate agency whereby its management CEO is someone proficient in the Mandarin business circle (entertainment circle). The reason for this injunction filed is because of the inappropriate calculation undertaken for profits that should have been received.

Park Jung Min's stand/claim is that, apart from receiving 150 million won (approx USD130K) from last year (not exactly only for last year's valid amount), there was no other appropriate amount of profits distributed.

Even recently, Park Jung Min has had made his way across Taiwan and Japan as an actor. Like last year-end (2011 December 21,22), he had held 2 shows in Tokyo on 21st Dec, and also another 2 shows in Osaka on 22nd Dec for Christmas 2011.

As the emotional conflicts with his agency escalates, right now, Park Jung Min is already in a departed status as of 'emotionally'. Though however as according to paper proof, there is still some remaining period left as was in the contract. So because of that, he may not be able to work with other agencies. (probably only until the injunction is approved)

Other news:

News sources: Star Today Korea, Money Today Korea, TV Report, StarIN, etc

English translation: http://ss501ode.blogspot.com/

Park Jung Min has said that he and his agency initially agreed on it this way, "Domestic (Korea) profits will be 8:2 (Jungmin 8, Agency 2); whereas overseas profits would be 5:5 (Jungmin 5, Agency 5)."

He also disclosed, "Apart from the 150 million won they paid last year, other than that, they did not been appropriately paying the necessary amount". All this while, he had been demanding the agency to fulfil their promise as was initially agreed on, though to no avail.

In an interview with STARin recently, he has said, "I've already started doing activities on my own since March 2012", "I look forward to a harmonious settlement".

"Though I been constantly claimly the necessary profits from them, they either keep giving excuses that they omitted accidentally, or that they say I'm overcharging them than should be", "and so I went to plead for injunction", as he added.

Compose & Lyrics: Wei Li An

meng xing lai fa xian zhe
Wake from dream Realise this
zhi shi yi chang wu hui de dui bai
Is only a misunderstanding conversation

wo tan bai tai chong dong
I am frank too rash
Will only let you go into the wrong bosom

make you think that I will not go away

fulfilling all of your reliance

wo shi yi ge dai zhe man ju de huai ren
I am a bad person who wears a mask

ba ni fang zai xin li que tui gei bie ren
putting you in my heart but push to others
ni zong ba wo dang zuo yi shan leng mian de men
You always treat me as a cold door
wu fa kan chuan wo de nuo ruo wu neng
Can't see through my weakness and incapability

wo shi yi ge mei you gu qi de huai ren
I am a bad person without character
Obviously love you but have no courage to retort
zhi neng shou jin jian ao que you dui ni chan ren
can only go throught the torment but treating you cruelly
xin cui de shi

The person who can only watch you leave

wo de cuo fan tai duo
